Design Programs of Bali Arts Festival XXXIV 2012

1. DASAR

  • Hasil Sarasehan PKB XXXII Tahun 2010
  • Rekomendasi Tim Pengawas Independen PKB XXXIII Tahun 2011
  • Rekomendasi hasil Tim Pengamat Parade dan Lomba PKB XXXIII Tahun 2011
  • Hasil Rumusan Sarasehan Tema Pesta Kesenian Bali XXXIV tahun 2011
  • Masukan para tokoh masyarakat, seniman, budayawan dan pengamat seni dan mass media

     a. Materi PKB XXXIV Tahun 2012  tetap mengacu pada 6 materi pokok yaitu :

  • Pawai,  Pagelaran,  Lomba/Parade,  Sarasehan,   Pameran,  Dokumentasi.

 2. INTI SARI DAN UNGGULAN PROGRAM PKB 2012
  I. PAWAI
     Prosesi berjalan dengan waktu display/demontrasi 5 menit.
     KEGIATAN KESENIAN UNGGULAN LOKAL, NASIONAL, DAN INTERNASIONAL.
     Program Unggulan Provinsi Bali
A. NASIONAL   : memberikan kesempatan kepada kesenian luar daerah untuk berpartisipasi.
     Internasional memberikan kesempatan kepada kesenian Internasional baik dalam kawasan Asia       maupun internasional untuk berpartisipasi.

B. LOKAL.

               Rancangan kesenian lokal, pada penyelenggaraan PKB 2012 akan lebih bersifat terbuka, dengan menekankan pada kesenian yang lebih bersifat pengembangan seperti :

  • Garapan  Sendratari Pembukaan
  • Garapan Sendratari Penutupan
  • Garapan Tari
  • Teater  Bali Modern
  • Garapan musik
  • Gong Kebyar Maestro dari Kabupaten/kota
  • Workshop Photografy ( Humas Kabupaten Kota dan Umum )
  • Display melukis wajah oleh maestro seni rupa.
  • 30 Kesenian dari Group/Sekaa/organisasi yang diajukan langsung ke Provinsi.
  • Parade Gong Kebyar Nusantara
  • Lomba Film Dokumenter Kabupaten/Kota Masyarakat Umum

C. PARTISIPASI KOTA DAN KABUPATEN

  • Parade Merangkai Bunga dan Janur, Makanan dan Busana
  • Parade Drama Gong Remaja
  • Parade Nglawang
  • Parade Dramatari Arja
  • Parade Dalang Cilik Wayang Tradisi

  • Parade Gong Kebyar Anak-anak
  • Parade Gong Kebyar Wanita
  • Parade  Balaganjur dengan  fragmentari
  • Parade Semarapagulingan

  • Lomba Kerajinan
  • Lomba Nyastra
  • Lomba Karya Tulis (UMUM)

  • Lomba Melukis Tingkat Provinsi

3. Kegiatan Pagelaran

  • Menampilkan satu kesenian rekontruksi Kabupaten/Kota 
  • Menampilkan garapan tari/karawitan yang telah dikembangkan dengan mengangkat identitas Kabupaten/Kota
  • Menampilkan garapan theater Bali Modern.


D. PAMERAN

  • Menampilkan produk – produk unggulan Perindustrian Pangan, Kerajinan Tradisional dan Desain   (  aktif dan pasif ).
  • Pameran Seni Rupa dan pemenang lomba Fothograpy PKB 2011.

E. SARASEHAN
            Pokus pada isu dan tantangan seni budaya serta mencari solusi dan implementasi sekaligus dapat dijadikan ilmu terapan di masyarakat (implementasi Kongres Kebudayaan Bali I Tahun 2008).(made)

The event goes with display/demonstration in 5 minutes

b.   International : to give chance to the international artist Asian and others to participate
c.   Local : Local art planning, in Bali Art Festival 2012 will be more open, by focusing to advance art such as :

·       Gong Kebyar maestro from Regencies and City
·       Photography workshop (public relationship from the regencies government and public)
·       Displaying face painting by the masterpieces
